We have 2 large dogs & 1 medium that require continuous brushing where we live in Texas. I had previously purchased the smaller blue brush. It did a wonderful job on our dogs, however it was left outside one evening. When we found it the next day, the rubber handle had been chewed almost completely off. Removed gobs of hair with the first stroke. I especially like that the "teeth" are curved which makes for a more gentle contact with my pet's skin. They are both sensitive and hate being brushed, but this may do the trick.
