The only problem I have is the wrist band, the way it is right now, it is hard to get the band tight. you need to switch the velcro part so you can pull the velcro on top which allows the band to become much tighter so you have more resiten with a tighter band.

I truly love it but it still needs improvement, on my first try 23 lbs it broke the aluminum connection and I'm afraid the other will break too, they are very uncomfortable on my thumbs , otherwise it's a great product

The finger holes are small for my hand. The thumb hole barely fit the top of my thumb on my right hand and won’t fit my left thumb at all. Even tight on my baby fingers. The tension is a good workout. Forearms start to burn after 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
